Navigating the Analyst / Architect Gap

Salesforce started as a platform to enable the "accidental admin"--If you could figure out formulas in Excel, you could automate a business process on the platform. With workflow rules officially being end of life'ed, along with the expansion of flows, and the not-so-subtle push to data cloud, the "easy" stuff on the platform is getting harder. All this means the baseline skill requirement to support the platform is higher every day. This sessions will explore why everything feels harder (spoiler: because it is!) and how teams can evolve their strategy for continued success.
