When is the submission deadline?The speaker submission deadline is April 30th, 2024.

Is there a registration fee for submissions?There is no fee to submit a presentation to MHD.

How are submissions reviewed?The submission and selection post on our website has all the details. Visit the Speaker Selection page to read up on the process.

When will I be notified if my submission was selected for MHD?We will be notifying speakers in May and June as we finalize the agenda. If you haven't heard from us by the end of June, you are welcome to reach out, but that typically means your session was not selected.

If my submission was selected, how much time do I have to accept it?You’ll have one week to accept if your submission was selected.

Do speakers have travel and accommodations paid for?Unfortunately, since we are a completely volunteer-run conference, you will have to pay for your own travel and accommodations if your presentation has been selected for Mile High Dreamin’.

If my submission is selected, what additional information will I need to provide?We’ll send you a form with additional details we would love to know and share about you, including a headshot for our website.

Can I have a co-presenter for my presentation?Definitely! Just let us know on the speaker submission form. If you would like to have more than two people present, please reach out to us to let us know what you have in mind.
