Registration and Payment

By registering for the conference, you agree to pay the specified registration fee.

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration, and any additional costs or fees are the responsibility of the attendee.

Registration is considered complete only when the payment is successfully processed.

Registrations are non-transferable.

Changes and Postponements

Mile High Dreamin’ LLC reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary.

In the event of a conference postponement or rescheduling, registered participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund.

Liability and Indemnification

Attendees are responsible for their own safety and security during the conference.

​Mile High Dreamin’ LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the conference.

Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mile High Dreamin’ LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of their attendance at the conference.
Marketing, Photography, and Media

Please note during this event your photo and / or video may be taken.

By attending the conference, participants grant Mile High Dreamin’ LLC the right to use any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings of their likeness for promotional purposes.

This can include but is not limited to; website use, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Participants may not capture or distribute recordings or images of conference sessions for commercial use without prior permission from Mile High Dreamin’ LLC.
Amendment

We may make amendments to these Terms from time to time. Any such amendments shall be posted on the Mile High Dreamin’ website.

Amendments will be effective immediately and you will be deemed to have accepted them if you attend the Event. If you do not wish to accept them, you must cancel your attendance in accordance with the Cancellation and Refunds section of these Policies.
Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to info@milehighdreamin.com.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions: Requests received prior to July 15, 2024, will receive a refund of the purchased ticket price minus a 3.5% processing fee.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 15, 2024.

Any refunds granted will be processed within 60 days after the conference concludes.
Code of Conduct

Mile High Dreamin' is a professional, inclusive event that respects all individuals regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity, religion, or lack thereof.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event team at the registration desk or wherever else you spot them.

If you cannot immediately find any event team member, please find a member of the venue staff and ask them to get in touch with us quickly.

All conference attendees must adhere to a code of conduct, which promotes respectful and inclusive behavior.

Mile High Dreamin’ LLC reserves the right to revoke the registration and attendance privileges of any participant who violates the code of conduct, without providing a refund.
Privacy Policy

The contact and personal information we collect about you may be shared outside of Mile High Dreamin', LLC.

We reserve the right to share information provided in your registration with our event sponsors, including Salesforce.

We may, from time-to-time, share aggregate data with the wider Salesforce community or publicly, but in all such cases, this data will be made fully anonymous.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the conference materials, presentations, and resources, belong to Mile High Dreamin’ LLC or the respective owners.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share conference materials without explicit permission from Mile High Dreamin’ LLC.
